REFUND POLICY

We at FN GROUP / FN Media, Inc. want you to be satisfied with your purchase of any of our products and programs.

All of our programs have different agreements and refund policies, and will be found on their respective website pages and agreements.

In most cases and due to the nature of our programs and business, dealing with physical assets and multiple parties, we do not offer refunds on the initial deposit or any management fees collected.

A refund option may be offered for specific cases where a refundable deposit is needed to explore your options or based on the agreement set forth.

If you opted for a payment plan, all payments must be completed. You may not cancel part way through. This is done to avoid fraud. In the case that a payment plan is not paid, all activity of the program will be paused.

*Note: As mentioned above, all refunds are discretionary and on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to deny your refund request.
